1. Services

Prodigal Studio provides brand identity, web design and development, product design, and digital strategy services for businesses. The specific deliverables and timeline for each project are agreed upon during the initial discovery call.

2. Payment

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon during the discovery call. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to any materials, accounts, or information required to complete the project. Delays caused by failure to provide these may extend the project timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions

Our standard process includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds may be available at an additional cost, discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we design and build every project around proven frameworks, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or lead volume. Performance depends on factors including your offer, market, and audience.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prodigal Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
